- Orders are posted via a tracked service. Brexit may temporarily increase International postage times.

- We are a very small company and respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible.

- The Start Plug is the host (PC) and the End Plug is the device.

- Change/amendments can be made to your order at any time before production begins.

- For order cancellations, the postage cost will not be refunded.

USB CABLE TYPES

Below we have a selection of USB connectors. 

All our USB cables start with USB Type-A and we can finish your USB cables in Mini, Micro or USB-C.

All cables are wired to USB 2.0 specs, if you require USB 3.0 for any reason get in touch with us. 

We also do USB cables for Macbook Pro USB-C to Mini/Micro/C to save the need for dongles. Contact us for more info.

Coils

When you choose to have a coil on your cable it will not increase the length of the cable.

A 1 meter cable with a 30cm coil is still 1 meters once the coil has been added. 

Due to technical limitations with USB cables the maximum length we can do coils on cables is 2 meters with a 30cm coil.

We use PayPal for all our transactions. We never see any sensitive information, it is all handled by PayPal. Plus you are covered by PayPal buyer protection.

Shipments and returns

Shipping is calculated at checkout

Your order.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. 
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class and could require a signature on delivery. 

For alternative shipping options please contact us. We will do our best for you.

Packages are amply sized and your items are well protected. The products we make are very sturdy, but in the event of any issues get in touch with us and we will do all we can to make you a happy customer. 

Returns.

If you are not happy with your order we will always do everything we can to resolve any issues. If for some reason any issue cannot be settled we will honor a refund for the value of the cable, on receipt of your returned cable.
