PLEASE NOTE: 

- The current process time is around 10 working days (subject to change).

- Our cool cables are custom-made and handcrafted. They are wired to USB 2.0 specifications. Please contact us if you want an alternative specification and we will try our best to accommodate you.

- Orders are posted via a tracked service. If you are an international customer we will let you know your tracking reference details as soon as possible after your order has been shipped.

- The Start Plug is the host (PC) and the End Plug is the device.

- Change/amendments can be made to your order at any time before production begins.

- For order cancellations, we will be unable to refund postage costs. Please see our Returns section for more information.

USB CABLE TYPES

Below we have a selection of USB connectors. 

All our USB cables start with USB Type-A  or USB Type-C and we can finish your USB cables in Mini, Micro or USB-C.

All cables are wired to USB 2.0 specs. 

We also do USB cables for Macbook Pro USB-C to Mini/Micro/C to save the need for dongles.

If you require a cable for a Massdrop ALT or Massdrop CTRL please contact us first.

Coils

When you choose to have a coil on your cable it will not increase the length of the cable.

For example, a 1 metre cable with a 30cm coil will still be 1 metre once the coil has been added. 

Due to technical limitations with USB cables the maximum length we can do coils on cables is 2 metres with a 30cm coil.

We use PayPal for all our transactions. We never see any sensitive information, it is all handled by PayPal. Plus you are covered by PayPal buyer protection.

Your order

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class- so will require a signature on delivery. 

For alternative shipping options please contact us and we will do our best for you.

Our packages are amply sized and your items are well protected. In the event of any issues please get in touch with us.

Returns

If you are not happy with your order we will always do everything we can to resolve any issues by repairing it or replacing it. If for some reason any issue cannot be settled, we will honor a refund for the value of the cable, on receipt of your returned cable, subject to the given requirements. Please read on for further information.

We must be notified within 14 days of receiving your order that you request a refund, your order must then be sent back to us within 14 days of telling us. We ask that when returning your cable you send it back to us in appropriate packaging (in its original packaging if possible) and in the same condition it was received. If the value of the item becomes reduced - so if the item has been damaged in transit due to poor packaging or the item has been damaged or tampered with in any way prior to sending it back to us we may only be able to issue you with a partial refund. If there is a mechanical issue with your cable we cannot be held accountable for any damage caused if you attempt to fix a cable yourself. 

If you wish to return your cable for a reason that is not due to a mechanical fault a refund for the full value of the cable can only be issued if the cable is in the same condition as it was sent. Refunds do not include the shipping costs.
